The Cleaning Company does not offer refunds. In the unfortunate event that a client is not happy with a service carried out by The Cleaning Company, the issue must be raised with us within 24hrs of completion of the service. Once we established the claim is reality based, we will rectify the issues at no extra cost to the client within 48hrs.
New clients and “one off clean” clients, will be asked to pay 50% of the quoted fee for the first service when booking, the remaining balance will become payable straight after the service is carried out.
One-off Bookings can be cancelled up to 72hrs before the scheduled clean. After this point, 50% of the total fee will be charged.
Regular cleaning and other service clients are paid for by re-occurring payments, which must be made prior to or on the day of the clean. Any cleans cancelled less than 72hrs before the scheduled clean will be charged in full.
